These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products from the online store operated by CalaBassaBrand S.L., commercial name “CalaBassa” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2) Scope and Acceptance of these Terms

2.1. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website, including purchases made through our Shopify-based store.
2.2. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.
2.3. We may update these Terms periodically. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will be applicable to that order.

3) Your Account (if enabled)

3.1. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out from your account.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated.
3.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are used for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4) Product Information and Availability

4.1. We sell footwear and related items (“Products”). We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, colors, and images. Colors may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
4.2. Product availability may change without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a refund or alternative solution.
4.3. Some limited editions may have additional rules (purchase limits, queuing systems, etc.), which will be indicated at the time of sale.

5) Prices, Currency, Taxes and Duties

5.1. Prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated during the checkout process.
5.2. Taxes may apply depending on your destination and relevant regulations. Calculated taxes will be shown before payment confirmation.
5.3. For international orders (outside Spain and/or the EU where applicable), local authorities may apply duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are generally the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

6) Placing Orders and Contract Formation

6.1. To place an order, you select the Products, proceed to checkout, and submit the relevant data.
6.2. After completing the process, you will usually receive an order confirmation (usually by email), which confirms its receipt.
6.3. The sales contract is formed when we accept your order and/or when we ship the Products, according to the store's process.
6.4. We may reject or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inability to ship, or obvious pricing/stock errors. If canceled after payment, a refund will be issued using the original method where possible.

7) Payment

7.1. Available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process (depending on your region).
7.2. Payment is processed through secure providers. We do not store full card details.
7.3. If payment is rejected or reversed, the order may be canceled.

8) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

8.1. Shipping options, costs, and estimated times are displayed during the checkout process and vary by destination.
8.2. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
8.3. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, you may incur additional re-shipping costs or deductions from your refund, where legally permitted.

9) Returns and EU/Spain Withdrawal Right (14 days) — No Exchanges

This section applies to consumers (natural persons outside of business activity).

9.1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The period begins when you receive the product.

9.2. Return period and method (refunds only)
The period is 14 days from delivery.
Only refunds are offered.
No exchanges are offered. For a different size/model, please place a new order.

9.3. Costs and refunds
The product amount and, where applicable, standard shipping will be refunded.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method.
Unless due to a defect or our error, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
You may be liable for depreciation due to improper use.

9.4. Exceptions
The right does not apply to personalized products or other legal cases. It will be indicated when applicable.

9.5. Product condition
Products must be returned in original condition, with packaging and suitable for resale.
We may reject returns that do not meet these conditions, unless legally obligated.

10) Defective Products and Legal Guarantees

10.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us with photos and your order number.
10.2. EU consumers have mandatory legal guarantees that are not limited by these Terms.

11) Promotions, Discounts, and Gifts

11.1. Subject to specific conditions (validity, limits, exclusions).
11.2. We may cancel discounts in case of misuse or fraud.
11.3. Gifts may require return in case of a full refund.

12) Intellectual Property

12.1. All content on the site belongs to CalaBassaBrand S.L. or is licensed and protected by law.
12.2. It may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Its use without prior authorization is not permitted.

13) User Content

13.1. You warrant that you have rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe the law.
13.2. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content.
13.3. We may remove illegal or inappropriate content.
