Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at calabassa.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for items returned worn or damaged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us at calabassa.contact@gmail.com.

Shipping your return
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
